Our signature class, Core Pilates, uses the Reformer along with props like the boxes, weights, resistance bands and balls to give you a whole body sculpting workout in 50 minutes. We will have you feeling challenged and energized, both physically and mentally all while you’re improving muscular strength, balance, alignment & flexibility. We will push you to your limits and leave you feeling empowered. Our classes are set to energizing music that will help you power through and keep going through the shaking and burning that are sure to come. Our amazing instructors are able to give modifications and options so even beginners or those with injuries are able to take our classes.
After moving from Philadelphia to Los Angeles, Tiffany discovered Pilates while in physical therapy for a shoulder injury. She was amazed by the results she experienced and instantly fell in love. Shorty thereafter, she received her comprehensive Pilates Certification in Manhattan Beach, CA, and has been teaching ever since.
Over a span of 16 years, Tiffany has instructed group classes, personally trained celebrity clients, rehabilitated injured athletes, helped sustain patients with nervous system disorders, and everything in-between. Although classically trained, she has come to love teaching a more intense, contemporary style of Pilates that was popular in Los Angeles. Her family moved to North Texas in 2018 and Tiffany immediately saw the need for a studio that taught an athletic style of Pilates with upbeat music and the intensity that she has worked to perfect for most of her career. So, the dream of opening her own was born.
Tiffany lives in Argyle with her husband and 2 children (age 12 and 13), and is excited to bring Pilates to Argyle and the AMAZING community of people here.
